I wasn’t just born a sugar addict, I actually have control over my cravings!!!  I don’t have to diet to have the health and body I want. I can create a lifestyle and be thoughtful about how I put my meals together, the health and body will follow. No more good vs. bad food. It is all about balance and proper nourishment. I also already knew this about myself but never implemented it into the health and exercise areas of my life, but being prepared feels really good and makes you feel in control. Prepared with plane snacks, meal ideas, proper ingredients in the fridge and pantry, workout plan for the week, knowing I have an indulgent weekend coming up so planning accordingly for the other meals I eat leading up to the weekend etc. I have learned so much about my body and how to listen to it and then give it what it needs, thank you.
